My Story
Platform decisions at scale
I started as an engineer, building the systems that power media delivery,
ad platforms and security infrastructure. That foundation never left. It's
why I can diagnose a stalled program and tell you whether the problem is
the roadmap, the architecture or the operating model.
I specialize in the moments when a platform needs to grow faster than its
current structure allows: a migration with no shared plan, a product with
adoption metrics nobody is measuring, a zero-to-one build that needs both
technical judgment and business discipline.
The pattern I keep finding: most programs aren't stuck on execution. They're stuck because ownership is unclear, outcomes aren't defined and roadmap and architecture have drifted apart. Fix those and delivery restores itself.
I've done this at Disney, Yahoo!, Cognizant, Accenture and Bank of America across
media, security, healthcare and streaming. Ascendvent is my own AI product,
currently in active development.
I write code too. My GitHub shows how I use AI as a PM, not just manage it.
